docs: improve mf deployment docs

Summary

This PR add the deployment guide for Modern.js + Module Federation.

We recommend using Modern.js's Node server to run MF applications. It help devs get the same experience in both the development and the production.

If you have any other deployment requirements, feel free to disscussion.
