[post-3.0] Typo in Serverless Blog example

In src/v2/cookbook/serverless-blog.md there is a typo on Line 7. It should read APIs rather than API‘s:

API's is the possesive of 'API' (i.e. belonging to API).
APIs is the plural of 'API', which is what we want to say here.

Thanks for the issue, but "API's" as the plural form for "API" is completely normal (albeit maybe less common than "APIs").
