when I use this plugin in vue-cli3, the plugin throw a warning not an error for Illegal format?

When I use this in vue-cli2 ,It throw an error, like

Must I change every rules setting to " error" manually ?

@itlixiaolong in eslint-plugin-vue@5 there was change with this #654.

with webpack you can set that build is going to fail on error or warning

Thanks for your reply! @armano2 By the way, if I want eslint throw an error not a warning for Illegal format , What i should do?Must i use the version of eslint-plugin-vue lower 5,Is there any other way to solve this?
