Description of Problem
The Migration guide chapter about the Events API mentions that libraries such as
mittandtiny-emittercan be used to replace an eventHub that used a Vue instance, but provide no further guidelines.Proposed Solution
Add an example demonstrating how to actually replace the eventHub
