OffsetDateTimeObjects truncate zero fields, whereasInstantObjects do not.ZonedDateTimeObjects should be converted to the proper format viaZonedDateTime.toInstant().toString(). The added test failed using the previous conversion process,ZonedDateTime.toOffsetDateTime().toString(), due to the seconds being truncated.
