I explained a new problem caused by merging upstream at #38 (comment). I was hoping this problem would be solved once we merge recent upstream. However, it won't be fixed even if I merge 2021/7/1 upstream. So, we need to fix it by ourselves.

In this issue, I'll try to address it out and fix it.

It is known that this problem is introduced between 0441df9 and 177b8d1. I'll find out the patch causing this problem.

This problem is caused by cfe9ccb which removes results.landingPad updates if and only if the target architecture is using SjLj exception. I'll fix it at feature/fix-sjlj. I'll close this issue once it is merged.

Lazy deference underlying object for shared/weak/unique_ptr synthetic…

We noticed some performance issue while in lldb-vscode for grabing the
name of the SBValue. Profiling shows SBValue::GetName() can cause
synthetic children provider of shared/unique_ptr to deference underlying
object and complete it type.

This patch lazily moves the dereference from synthetic child provider's
Update() method to GetChildAtIndex() so that SBValue::GetName() won't
trigger the slow code path.
