HADOOP-13786 apache#20: IT test of MR job, based on the mock one: sharing core mini cluster setup, test case modified to look for final data.

This works, once I've enabled the -unique-filenames option in the test. I've also turned on the same switch for the protocol tests: That doesn't work for the mapper tests.
