Take advantage of uglifyJS2 mangler

Currently stacktrace.min.js is sitting at 18k (uncompressed), 5.2k (compressed).

We can get it under 13k/4k if we use the mangler but finding all the things to exclude is non-trivial.

After dist size is optimized, we can advertise it using https://github.com/ngryman/badge-size/blob/master/readme.md

Theoretically, Closure Compiler would give you the same benefits, you would just have to add JSDoc notation or declare external functions globally using string notation: window["string"]. But I don't have much experience in this area.
