Is There a Calendar PopUp?

I never thought I might ever ask this, but hey, time is changing and it occurred to me that I have to deal with a lot of dates day in and day out, so it would be nice to have a Calendar to pick dates for appointments from. Well, if there isn't any, I could as well keep iCalender open, but if there's a proven solution for this issue I won't say no ;)

thanks, bo thanks, no -- this spreadsheet is outright overkill. I rather enter dates by hand, as time is always faster entering by hand. All fine ;)
