Reinstate integration tests for R2DBC MySQL

Hello, Spring projects!

I have noticed that dev.miku:r2dbc-mysql has been removed from the supported driver list and r2dbc-mysql integration tests due to inactivity. However, I would like to bring to your attention that io.asyncer:r2dbc-mysql is the official successor to dev.miku:r2dbc-mysql and has been fully updated to support the latest r2dbc-spi.

I would like to request the restoration of r2dbc-mysql integration tests and the addition of io.asyncer:r2dbc-mysql to the supported driver list. I am willing to create a pull request to implement these changes.

Thanks for reaching out. It makes sense to reinstate integration tests against the new driver. Please also reach out to the Spring Boot project to get re-added as dependency/dependency management into Spring Boot and start.spring.io.
