Bean definition causes app to fail to start when DataSource is proxied

I think this is to do with auto-proxying a DataSource. Whenever that happens we see issues (e.g. spring-cloud/spring-cloud-config#105 and http://stackoverflow.com/questions/28610353/spring-boot-with-session-based-data-source/28626486#28626486).
