- Move to IDF v4.4 and ESP32 Arduino core v2.0.0
- Change how SPI is instantiated
- Add tool tips to AP config page
- Re-introduce the 'Upload Firmware' via AP config
- Add common message rate buttons to AP config
- Add support for ESF on AP config
- Prevent SBAS config on units with ZED firmware v1.12
