Bug with CI codecov and doc

There seems to be some problems with the CI:

• codecov is not triggered anymore. It seems to be a security issue, see chkoar comment in CLARA PR
• Sometimes, the doc finished building but the CI says that the doc is still being built (see PR Add robust metric #122 where some of the check are still in progress according to the yellow CI indicator)

@rth is that something you could fix ?
