feat: Update blog authors to use Dragonscale logo and branding

- Replace AI Developer author image with official Dragonscale Industries logo
- Update author title to highlight Dragonscale sponsorship
- Change author URL to point to dragonscale.ai
- Add website social link to Dragonscale Industries
- Remove other authors (yangshun, slorber) from authors.yml
- Ensure consistent Dragonscale branding across all blog posts
