deleted duplicate_entry_error.rs in favor of panic-handler/panic-handler-duplicate.rs

Justification: The original test was indended to ensure the error
message was correct. The test `panic-handler/panic-handler-duplicate.rs`
handles a nearly identical case and the same error. The error is
probably covered many other places as well.
