I feel like this is a decently accurate description of the status quo, and is at least much more accurate than what is currently written. cc @rust-lang/libs-api I'm going to merge this in the interest of making the text for the ACP process a bit more accurate, and because it seems like a number of folks have had their expectations violated. But of course, we can always tweak this text and/or discuss how to improve situation as well. But I think that should be separate from at least making sure the text isn't giving folks a false impression. |
