During a steering council discussion around PEP 484, there was a worry that the README for typeshed did not make it abundantly clear that stubs here are:

  • Not by the project they are stubs for but by third-parties.
  • That issues should be reported here and not to the projects the type stubs are for.

I'm going to attempt a PR for this shortly.
