Documentation
Using python on Windows documentation refers to an old URL for windows releases here:
https://docs.python.org/3.13/using/windows.html
In the sentence: "To make Python available, the CPython team has compiled Windows installers (MSI packages) with every release for many years."
https://www.python.org/download/releases/ should be replaced with https://www.python.org/downloads/
