How to specify compatibility version with using git+ssh in private repository

Hello, I was start using setuptools >= 61 and declare my dependencies in pyproject.toml with github repository source code. But use one one direct version:

dependencies = [
    "packetA @ git+ssh://github.com/[email protected]#egg=packetA-1.2
]

How to specify packetA with compatibility version:

dependencies = [
    "packetA >= 1.2, == 1.2.*"
]

How to use GitHUB as Python package index without create my python index server? Have you any idea or may be know python package provide Git as pypi service?
