Scala thumbnail should be served over HTTPS #1224

Simply noticed this warning message in the console.
Mixed Content: The page at 'https://plot.ly/scala/line-and-scatter/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'http://images.plot.ly/plotly-documentation/thumbnail/scala-small.jpg'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.
