Deprecate official Docker images

Let's get this done. We don't have the bandwidth to maintain or care about Official Docker images.

@stevepiercy . Where /when was this decided?

We have been maintaining offical docker images since 2022/2023 for the Plone 6 series. Bit updating the index/doc pages from the 5 series was off the radar until 2024 and then the process got stuck.

This week at the sprint Piero pointed me to the messagr from one of the Docker hub maintainers.

These 2 repos under plones are forks that @avoinea transferred to plone org so thay the existing PR’s don’t break and more people can fix them. We’re almosr there.

We deeply care about the Official Docker Images on Docker Hub as it is an excellent place to advertise Plone. Bit resources as always.

Only the 5.2 images should be deprecated. Certainly not the offical images at large.

@fredvd it was my impression that we wanted to deprecate the Docker Official Images (DOI) program because volunteer resources are scarce and we wanted to be able to have the freedom to push images immediately to Docker Hub instead of jumping through the DOI hoops.

We have the Plone official Docker images, too, but I'm not talking about deprecating them.

There was an open question about applying for the Docker-Sponsored Open Source Program (DSOS).

I don't care what is done with the images, because I won't be maintaining them. I only want Plone documentation to be accurate, including on Docker Hub READMEs.
