Is there a way to lock the keys needed for specific links when pressing f/F?

for example, there's this link/button on the page and after pressing f, then i need to type SP to open it.
But I think that can change sometimes (e.g. it's not SP anymore after refreshing the webpage).

is there a way to lock (e.g. SP) on that link? Maybe some kind of html/css selector to identify the element
