Student Pack Approved, but Still Not Received After 3 Days #157663

Hi everyone,I applied for the Student Pack, and my application was approved three days ago. However, I haven't received access to the pack or its benefits yet. I’ve double-checked my email and account settings, but there’s no sign of it. Could anyone guide me on what to do next? Is this delay normal, or should I reach out to support? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Hi @MandipKumarKanu, Once approved, you can claim your To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you. In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select " |

Once approved, you can claim your
Copilot PROoffer on this signup link.To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.
In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "
I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
