Delete Stripe connect account from GitHub sponsors

I started using GitHub sponsors now I accidently added 3 stripe connect/express accounts, and when I'm trying to delete, it pops up this error stating that:
(Your stripe connect account could not be deleted. Please try again later or contact support.)

This is the sponsor account URL:
(https://github.com/sponsors/HavenFutures)

Email connected to that account is ([email protected])

Due to this, I unpublished and disabled my sponsor account expecting that it would also delete stripe connect/express accounts but didn't, so I request you guys to make an API call and delete all 3 stripe connect/express accounts.

hi @mecodeatlas I am facing an issue while using Stripe for my GitHub Sponsors account. During the setup of my Stripe account, I mistakenly selected the wrong country. As Stripe does not allow changing the country of an account, I believe I need to create a new Stripe account with the correct country settings.

I would like your guidance on how to properly disconnect the current Stripe account from my GitHub Sponsors account and link a new one.

The only way to have a Stripe Express account deleted (and therefore removed from your main Stripe account) is to have the administrators of the specific platform delete your account in their system. To achieve this with the GitHub Sponsors platform, you must submit a support ticket here. Choose Account or billing issues, and then choose GitHub Sponsors on the next page in the What do you need help with dropdown. Then just explain your issue in the text field. This isn't a request with which they're unfamiliar, so it should take only a handful of days to service your request! (If any of these suggested answers have helped you resolve your issue, consider marking a reply as an answer so we know you're all set!)
