Describe the bug
The uncontrolled heat pump operation strategy does not take into account the installed electrical capacity of the heat pump. In case there are other heat sources that could serve the heat demand, e.g. in district heating networks, the heat pump dispatch might be much higher than the installed capacity and lead to errors in the power flow.

Expected behavior
Other heat sources should be checked or a warning raised and the dispatch clipped at the heat pump's installed capacity.
