Move tutorials to their own subpath in resources #487

Description
Currently the tutorials are found at /resources/<tutorial-slug>, as suggested in #485 it might be better to have them under /resources/tutorials/<tutorial-slug> which also feels more natural given we now have the /resources/tutorials index page too.
