Improve the styling of Tutorial pages

• Improve general text and code block styling. (This may require some research into how to customize Tailwind typography settings or how to define new css styles).
• Improve colors and styles used in code highlighting.

This issue may partially depend on #285.

It's unclear if any markdown rendering or styling will happen in v3. We can re-open this issue if rendering happens again in v3.
