Baseline Testing: Graceful recovery from restarts

As a user of NKG
I want to ensure that when one of the NKG containers fails, when the container is restarted my Gateway API configuration is reapplied to the new container
So that when either container fails, NKG can recover gracefully without my intervention.

Acceptance

• A test process is documented to test that Gateway API configuration is reapplied in the case of a single container failure in the NKG pod.
• The test is carried out manually and the results are reported in a static document within the NKG repo.
