Collect Cluster Node Count (NGF)

**As a** maintainer of NGF
**I want** to collect the cluster node count from all participating NGF installations
**So that** I can accurately measure how large of environments NGF is deployed to
**So that** I may prioritize features for larger environments according to the popularity of higher node counts.

### Acceptance
- A count of the total number of nodes present in the cluster is recorded.
