v3.2.5 browser login/cache issue

After upgrading from v3.2.2 we're experiencing an issue where:

• Logging in seems successful, but returns browser (Firefox or Chromium) back to the homepage but does not show we're logged in.
• A "Shift + reload" in the browser is successful and we're able use the app.
• tried in private browser mode, nginx logs don't show anything strange. Tried without browser plugins enabled.

Server side what we've tried:

• restarting the services (nginx, netbox, netbox-rq, postgres)
• rebooting container
• starting a new LXC container and installing Ubuntu 22:04 fresh. Reinstalling fresh netbox, nginx, postgres... restoring database + media files.

Any idea why logging in requires a bypassing of the browser cache?

after some testing, it seems to be a caching issue with cloudflare
