Add new nested configuration properties instead of Configuration of mybatis core module

Currently, we use the org.apache.ibatis.session.Configuration as the nested configuration properties in MybatisPropertes. But this coding style has not been recommended as Spring Boot development teams. Therefore we rewrite a recommended coding style.
