When I use my Microsoft Sculpt ergonomic keyboard, some keys work, and others don't. I'm using Max's key bindings in rules.ts.
For example, on the Microsoft Sculpt, hyper + s + j triggers volume_decrement, but hyper + s + uDOES NOT trigger volume_increment... hyper + s + u works fine on the Macbook keyboard.
As a test, I mapped hyper + s + y to volume_increment, and that works fine on the Microsoft Sculpt.
Any idea on what is going on or how to troubleshoot this further?
Pressing hyper + s + u on the Microsoft Sculpt keyboard does not trigger any events in Karabiner-EventViewr.
I have attached the Variables and Devices information from my Karabiner-EventViewer
