Add the ability to sort by coverage percentage

The frontend should have some filtering capability in the browser mode:

• Sort by name (default like currently)
• Sort by coverage percent

These actions should be triggered by clicking on the column header, and are mutually exclusive.

I have raised a PR for this issue, with the understanding that the reports have to be sorted on the page onload.
