exception while downloading artifacts needs a stack #1260
Description
I'm trying to hook up the newtab JavaScript code coverage, and it's not working. Unfortuntely the error message from the tool doesn't give a stack trace, making it hard to figure out what the problem is. I'm going to put up a PR that makes it log a stack trace.
