Isn't this a draft change for the release notes? Are you planning to merge these changes publishing them before the MCK 1.3 release?

@vinilage normally we merge release notes into master as we add changes. There will likely be more changes in MCK 1.3 and they will be added later. So at this stage - I'm merging, but not publishing.
