* DOCSP-18185 Changes welcome.txt title to Getting Started Guide. Updates references to Welcome Experience to Getting Started Guide in steps-launch-charts-saas.yaml and steps-sample-dashboard.yaml as well. DOES NOT change reference welcome-experience b.c. not sure if this will break any other links in docs outside of charts. So, for now, keeping the reference the same until I ask another writer for clarification
