Expected vs. Actual
In python3.6 environment, F5 to launch the debugger. Nothing happens!!!!! It creates very bad confusion to me for several days. Until I read some people says that this python extension only support >=3.7. In the beginning, I have no clue the root cause is this exact extension. What a big surprise!!!
I really expect some message delivered to the end user at the first place, for example, print the error message in the Debug Console, and give suggestions, eg. roll back the pyhon extension to 2022.8.1

- In python3.6 environment, F5 to launch the debugger. Nothing happens!!!!!
