Small change to support the migration to modules that didn't crop up till all the more-inner layers were working - since this file is named
debug.ts, the generatedDebug.ts(for the namespace it contains) mangles it (which, in turn, breaks services). Rather than somehow handling this mangling, it's much easier to just rename the file. We can always rename it back post-migration.
