Corrected the string describing Bruno's opinion on the movie "Eternals" from "Bruno don't like the super hero movie: Eternals" to "Bruno doesn't like the super hero movie: Eternals" to fix the grammatical error.

- Updated solution file to include new project `RAGSimple-15Ollama-DeepSeekR1` with .NET SDK configuration and necessary package references.
- Added extensive code in `Program.cs` for interacting with a local model hosted in Ollama, including copyright and licensing information, question handling, and semantic memory functionality. Changed logging output color from green to yellow for specific messages.
- Introduced `SpectreConsoleOutput.cs` with utility methods for formatted console output, improving the user interface of the application.
