A simple application that monitors statuses of branches and blocks PR merges in case there are any failing checks. Helps to manage failures and prevents piling changes on top of already failing tests.

Works out of the box. In case some statuses are not update please try to comment /sq poke to invalidate Submit Queue status for a given PR.
