Adding a file to devdocs that will be the Functional Test Reference page.
After this is merged, we need to merge a PR in devdocs to complete the functionality.
This needs to get to master before it can get to devdocs.

Please add to the PR description a number of Jira ticket that contains a link to corresponding preview of the topic.

The Magento Functional Testing Framework runs tests on every Module within Magento.

These files are stored within each Module folder in the Magento repository.

The Test files will be moved out of Modules itself, but that's something we can update later when it's live.
