Cloud ID and Cloud Auth have been expanded to work outside of modules. We updated the Cloud content in the Logstash Reference to reflect those changes: elastic/logstash#11884
The new/reorganized content changed some anchors. The links here aren't broken, but they no longer link to the precise content we want.
