I don't know if it's related to the failure or not, but def ExtensionHVXV79 : SubtargetFeature<"hvxv79" ... and def : Proc<"hexagonv79" ... are missing from Hexagon.td:

I don't know if it's related to the failure or not, but def ExtensionHVXV79 : SubtargetFeature<"hvxv79" ... and def : Proc<"hexagonv79" ... are missing from Hexagon.td:

Hmm - no, I am mistaken -- that's not the case. Not sure why we get those errors about the target features.
