C Bindings Generator Multi-Ident Paths in Generics #678

The C bindings generator is fairly restrictive in several places around paths that show up in generics (ie inside < >). Specifically, it requires only single idents (ie no ::) in several places.

This is no longer entirely true, and is more relevant to https://github.com/lightningdevkit/ldk-c-bindings anyway.
