LESS 1.3.1 via NPM

I updated LESS via NPM and it installed 1.3.1, but everytime I run lessc --version it says less 1.3.0 compiler.

I completely uninstalled less and reinstalled, but still get the same thing.

Also, a lot of the new features listed in the change log aren't documented on the website. Does the team need help documenting the new features.

Specifically: @import-once and mixin named params

Looks like there was a missing reference to the version

that needs updating... Really it should update it in the build!

Will keep this open and resolve it when I've fixed the version number.. though not sure whether to update npm.. maybe wait for 1.3.2 and 1.4.0

As also pointed out in other bugs, I forgot to update the v number before
deploying, sorry. I had planned to get out 1.3.2 relatively soon, to get
all the bugfixes done before the breaking changes & New features in
1.4.0... But have been busy.

If your lack of time could hurt the project itself, you may delegate :)
As of npm repository, you can do this by adding maintainer(s) who will be able to publish new versions on npm whenever you cannot do it directly: https://github.com/isaacs/npm/issues/40

@naholyr if you'd like to help out, that would be great, you could start with all our medium/high bugs or with documentation (or if you'd like to helo out in any other way that is great too). I have been prioritising getting them fixed or looked at, above fixing the version number of 1.3.1

OK I'll check if there is no other implications on simply upgrading version number, and then PR + publish on npm.

To allow me do the latter, just run npm owner add naholyr less and I'll be ready to go ;)

I think the 1.3.1 version on NPM isn't current. The changes from #1038 are not showing up :(

That's right, it will be in 1.3.2.. just a couple more commits to go for
that...
