Web: Toastify the errors from the Graph and RPC

This would help us and the users in general to know the disputes are not broken, and that an external service (the graph or RPC) is causing it.

⚠️ There might be a huge number of errors, some heavy debouncing is needed to avoid flooding with toasts.
