Remove annotation-applicator interaction section

The idea of annotations and applicators interacting is outdated.
Annotation deletion/dropping occurs at the schema object level
(clarified in recent drafts), and annotation values have not
defined aggregation semantics within JSON Schema evaluation
since draft-07.
