Package updates

Package updates, which includes using the new DocFX template.

The new template provides:

• Dark mode!
• Renders links to the official documentation for .NET and EF Core
• A button to copy code blocks
• External links (that open in a new browser tab when clicked) are marked with a glyph
• Code blocks that exceed the page width are now rendered with a horizontal scrollbar, instead of wrapped to the next line
• Support for mermaid diagrams
