Using topcoat as alternative theme?

Topcoat is an interesting CSS framework: http://topcoat.io/

It would be great to have someone with more knowledge about jQuery Mobile theming to see if this could be used as an alternative to the current theming framework, or eventually as an alternative to the UI theme. I'm told @uGoMobi is the best person for that.

It is interesting, though I seem to remember that they hade separate desktop and mobile themes so I'm not sure how those work in a RWD context.
