Issue with 1 percent shipping fee!

Hello!
Your mini cart is an integral part of my shop: www.wudang.world
If I add any kind of product - the checkout calculates 1 percent of the total price.

The developer of my theme is no longer here - and so I am asking here to find help for my issue.
Where should I look at what could possibly change this value? I want the shipping to be free.

My shipping calculations profile on Paypal is completely empty - zero shipping.

I fixed the issue - for those who had the same problem - g3nshop from bludit has a secret value in their Paypal add to cart buttons - simply add the shipping value to 0.00 instead of 1.00
